The presents are open. The snacks are disappearing. Everyone has drifted toward a different screen. Sleigh What?! starts with a simple invitation: give the room one ridiculous problem and see what people make of it.

Peter N. Liptak's illustrated holiday activity book is being developed around twelve days of stories, creative prompts and quick missions. A scenario starts the trouble. The people around the table supply the response: a drawing, a sentence, a miniature performance or a wildly confident explanation.

It is for families and mixed-age groups who enjoy making things up together. Being quick, loud or theatrical is not a requirement. Someone can write while another person performs; someone else can pass. The point is to leave with a story that belongs to your group.

Try this taste from the public activity samples: a wreath has brought a complaint to the living room. Everyone gets one sentence of wildly confident testimony. What is your defense? You can say it, write it, or let someone else take the stand. The same setup can become a completely different story at another table.

The free Christmas Crisis Simulator offers a short introduction to that world. It has a pool of 36 prewritten crises and four possible finales. A full run takes you through eight incidents. Choose a response, see what happens to Spirit, Patience and Supplies, then save a postcard of your actual decisions. Play alone or gather around one screen, discuss the options and vote.

The book's twelve-day format builds on that shared play by asking you to invent the response yourself and return for another day's scenario. Holiday Havoc HQ currently brings together the free game and a printable Christmas Crisis Kit with three mini crises, a host guide and voting cards. The kit is free without signup.

The book and further Holiday Havoc offers remain in development. This page is an introduction, not a preorder or availability announcement. A purchase option will be added only when the actual edition and availability are confirmed.
